Day 02
It is a long one though
So today is the second day of positivity challenge by our lovely @pen_and_pensive page at bookstagram (do check her page).

Here is my post!
All I know that we have been constantly hitting by loads of miseries around us like pandemic, hailstorm. To add more colour, we are safeguarding us from tropical cyclone, Tauktae. Yeah, we are also getting the effects as it is moving through Arabian Sea (more power to Keralites and other tail region people)
So yeah, without any electricity and low battery power in my gadgets, I was roaming free without any office work load (even I have ton on my head to complete). That is when I just saw the heavy rainstorm in our place and was frozen to toe with the freezing atmosphere that befriended with cold breeze aka wind, I saw.
But to my surprise I was so admired into the thudding sounds of rain on our windowsills and constant sounds when the drops hit the earth. I was so contented and remember about Narmada’s challenge on our mental health awareness post. So I took my mobile and clicked the pictures! While examining the quality of the pictures, my mobile got switched off. I thought even my mobile advised, “just look what is before you”.
Yeah we are always fail to admire deep into what is infront of us. Instead we just randomly click the pictures and worries about the better quality. But the reality is that we have a better quality of eyes to experience it on the very present. Just look at it, admire it and you will feel completed there. Practice this, you will notice the better change in your mental health.
I used to practice this during the beginning of the pandemic in 2020. Later you know what happened, as usual I got away from the habit and mingled into the mess of my day to day life. And today I felt how I was so happy in those days of practice. So I decided to rejuvenate the practice again in my life, this time forever, hopefully.
Admire the present and lift up your spirit.
Happy days are coming. Stay safe with better mental health.
Thank you Narmada for this wonderful challenge on this Mental Health Awareness Week and I am noticing its effects. More power to you dear
