Day 05

So today is the fifth day of positivity challenge by our lovely @pen_and_pensive page (do check out her page).

Here is my post!

So! If you have checked my previous Mental Health Awareness Week Series, you may know in which part of my house this still is taken!

Comment below if you know the spot! (Sending love in advance)

Yeah! To be honest, I am not those the morning person and I have not witness the beauty of sunrise. I used to wake up earlier till the end of my teenage. It is totally upside down in my early 20s (I don’t know what will happen in future).

So I started to enjoy the evening creamy sunlight which always fascinates me. It became a habit to admire its beauty after the time of pandemic. I have always stunned how it enters into my room through the window and disappears slowly as the time ticks.

I play with it and take some nice pictures before it hides away from my sight. I get the glimpse of Mr. Resting Sun after his long day. This sight gives peace to my clustered mind and churns my lively presence in the midst of chaos. I never fail to get the view (expect during rainy days). They say that Mr. Sun has the healing power and boosts our health with its Vitamin D. And do not forget it also uplifts us from our clumsy mood.

So befriend the evening sun if you are a lazy head like me. And blissfully welcome his presence in your life. Now I am welcoming Mr.New moon after his respective gaps of visits.

Do not forget “Happy days are coming. The ray of hope will dawn very soon.”

Stay safe and strong with better mental health

Thank you Narmada for this wonderful challenge on this Mental Health Awareness Week. Successfully we are proceeding. All because of your encouragements. More power to you dear.
